Concierge Assistant (3-Month Contract)

We are seeking a Concierge Assistant to join our team at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts in Hong Kong.

As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for greeting and escorting guests to rooms, opening doors, and assisting guests and visitors entering and leaving the property. You will also inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation, as well as local areas of interest and activities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Greeting and escorting guests to rooms
• Assisting guests with luggage storage and retrieval
• Providing directions and arranging transportation for guests
• Maintaining awareness of undesirable persons on property premises
• Ensuring uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
• Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with others

Requirements:

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• No related work experience required
• No supervisory experience required
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
