We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Technology Learning Consultant.

In this role, you will:

Create and build curriculum, training content, customized labs, assessments, and question banks in various technologies such as programming languages, frameworks, APIs, Cloud, Mobility, DevOps Tooling, Agile, Data, etc.
Deliver complex training courses for heterogeneous audiences in various topics and technologies.
Monitor training delivery quality, feedback, and measure success factors to achieve training objectives.
Evaluate external instructors for delivering training, work with colleagues and stakeholders to finalize instructors, training curriculum, duration, and training infrastructure.
Provide consulting and advisory guidance on learning initiatives programs and up-skilling efforts to project teams from B/GIs.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal managers, leaders, and external stakeholders.
Understand changing technology requirements in the organization and fulfill learning needs through new training boot camps.

Have a passion for learning and training, understanding, and appreciating learning psychology.
Be self-motivated and able to work independently.
Possess working experience in learning assets, platforms, infrastructure, and learning metrics.
Have strong communication skills, including business writing and addressing large audiences.
Work closely with Global Technology Academy team members to achieve organizational goals.
Possess excellent knowledge of MS Office tools, particularly PowerPoint preparation and presentation skills.

Knowledge and skills required:

Organizational Training function at a high level in a corporate environment and knowledge of training lifecycle.
Various aspects of classroom training, eLearning, and blended learning.
Knowledge of logistics and tools required for multiple modes of training.
Knowledge of learning environment, challenges in planning, scheduling, conducting, and organizing training programs.
Very good communication skills in English, oral and verbal.
Very good knowledge in one or more areas of Cloud, API, Microservices, DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, AI, ReactJS, Fullstack Development.
