We are seeking team members for seasonal roles at Target, with a starting hourly rate of $16.25 USD per hour.
As a team member at Target, you will be part of a sales force that provides tailored suggestions and solutions to guests through active selling and visual merchandising presentations.

- Seasonal Guest Advocate
- Seasonal General Merchandise Expert
- Seasonal Fulfillment Expert
- Seasonal Style Consultant
- Seasonal Inbound Expert
- Seasonal Food & Beverage Expert
- Seasonal Tech Consultant
In these roles, you will:
- Provide exceptional guest service and support a guest-first culture
- Gain experience in retail business fundamentals, including department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency
- Execute daily and weekly workloads to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals
To succeed in these roles, you should have:
- A welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and team members
- The ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs
- The ability to work both independently and with a team
- The ability to resolve guest questions quickly and efficiently
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow multi-step processes
Additionally, you will be expected to:
- Accurately handle cash register operations
- Climb up and down ladders
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds
- Maintain a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
