We're seeking warm, friendly individuals who love fashion and retail to join our seasonal team at Victoria's Secret in Trafford. As a VS Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll play a crucial role in delivering unforgettable customer experiences in our stores during the festive season.
Shifts: 12 hours per week; Sunday 12:30 - 16:30; Tuesday 07:00 - 11:00; Thursday 07:00 - 11:00
About the role: You'll work in an exciting, fast-paced environment, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team united by a shared passion for creating unforgettable customer experiences. Your tasks will include selling, stockroom work, and maintaining in-store presentation.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, treating every customer like a true VS VIP
- Maintain in-store presentation, helping customers find products and offering recommendations
- Work flexibly, supporting key areas of the store, including cash areas and stockroom tasks
- Contribute to a positive, busy working environment, supporting your colleagues and celebrating individuality
Requirements:
- Passion for fashion and a keen interest in developing your customer service skills and product knowledge
- Ability to thrive in a busy environment, bringing energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to every task and shift
