Description
The Corporate Strategy team at Adobe works closely with top executives and business units to ensure the company's fast growth trajectory. The team has played a key role in strategic decisions such as the move to the cloud and creating the Customer Experience category.
As a Corporate Strategy Leader, you will join a highly entrepreneurial team and oversee multiple project teams, managing relationships with top executives across the company. You will gradually specialize in one of Adobe's three clouds (Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, and Experience Cloud).
Responsibilities include:
- 6-8+ years of experience at a top management consulting firm or equivalent corporate strategy group, overseeing complex strategy projects
- 15+ years of total professional experience with growing levels of responsibility and a proven track record of leading transformational change
- Top undergraduate and Master's degrees (MBA preferred) or equivalent work experience
- Experience operating in an enterprise SaaS environment; prior understanding of software industry, digital marketing or digital media highly desired
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, while staying focused on the big picture
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong presence in front of senior executives
- Creative problem solver with a bias for action
- Relentless but collaborative – ensuring debates and discussions lead to good outcomes for all involved

The expected pay range for this position is $186,000 - $356,800 annually, depending on location and experience.
