Description
As the Chief Security Officer for Forsmarks Kraftgrupp, you will lead and develop the security protection work within a critical part of Sweden's energy supply and infrastructure. You will have direct personnel responsibility for the unit manager and staff functions within the department. You will report to the CEO of Forsmarks Kraftgrupp AB and be part of the management team.
You will be a vital link in the security area, both internally within Vattenfall and externally with authorities and stakeholders. You will ensure that sensitive information is handled correctly and protected accordingly. You will also educate managers and employees in security protection and be the contact person for relevant authorities.
We are looking for someone with extensive experience in leading security and security protection in complex organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the security protection work within the organization

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Certification or documented education in security protection or security management
- Extensive experience in leading security, security protection, or emergency preparedness in a complex organization
- Documented experience in security protection work and good knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and requirements
- Strong ability to drive results and change in a business-critical environment
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to create engagement, develop employees, and build a strong safety culture
- Good collaboration skills and experience in working in a management team or equivalent strategic forum
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive work environment
- Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both in writing and speaking
