Description
We are looking for a Quality Manager to join our team. As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence and driving quality improvements in our programs. You will closely monitor program metrics, provide insights and analysis, offer recommendations, and help manage the implementation of service and process improvement programs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting quality audits and reporting on findings
- Proposing new systems and policies for continuous improvement
- Providing guidance and mentorship to teams
- Collaborating with stakeholders to resolve quality issues
- Developing and implementing impactful and measurable action plans
Requirements:
- At least three years of experience in quality management in a BPO environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of performance data management and analysis
