Description
The Deutsche Bank Graduate Programme is a comprehensive 13-month programme designed to provide exposure to a range of projects and ongoing professional and technical trainings to develop the skills needed to grow your career.
You will have the unique opportunity to learn about the Products of the Private Bank Business, Lending & Investment Solutions (PB BLIS) and contribute to their design and development, giving you a broad-based overview of all facets of the Private Bank.
You will work alongside Relationship or Investment Managers to understand client needs and develop individual solutions, mastering analytical, interpersonal, and advisory skills while gaining extensive experience in dealing with demanding clients.
What we look for:
- University graduates with a degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
- Prior introduction to the financial industry is a great plus
- Excellent communication, presentation, numerical, and interpersonal skills
- Team player with proactive attitude and solution-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English and very good knowledge of German; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
Eligibility criteria:
- Complete studies by the programme start date (July 2027)
- Possess no more than 12 months full-time, relevant work experience (excluding internships)
