Description
The Investment Banking Italy team at Deutsche Bank is looking for an Off-cycle Intern in Milan for a six-month internship.
As an intern, you will work alongside investment bankers on M&A, Equity, and Leveraged Finance origination and execution assignments. Your tasks may include evaluating companies, developing models for M&A transactions, preparing industry statistics for pitches, and getting involved in live deal executions.
Learning Objectives
- Perform research and due diligence to support the team in origination efforts and live executions.
- Conduct extensive financial and valuation analyses to sharpen your technical skills in mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions.
- Effectively synthesize complex information to convey detailed financial modeling outcomes to senior bankers.
- Support the team in developing, producing, and delivering proposals and presentations to clients.
Requirements
- Excellent academic record with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or similar fields.
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment with high motivation, commitment, focus on work quality, and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Transaction Advisory Services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficient in English communication and skilled at collaborating with diverse international teams.
- Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and optimize workflows.
