Description
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Transaction Services team in Paris as a Structured Finance Management Intern. As part of this internship, you will have the opportunity to work on the analysis and implementation of structured finance operations.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the analysis of transaction structures and implementation
- Review and comment on documentation during negotiation phases
- Operational modelling of contracts for management purposes
- Assist in the preparation and validation of fund flows and payments at closing
- Manage transaction deadlines, calculations, and reporting
- Set up information circuits with internal and external stakeholders
- Perform administrative tasks related to operations
Profile:
- Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Finance, Accounting)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and information systems
- Fluency in English
