Description
You will join Epiq's Electronic Discovery division in Poland as an Associate Processing Services Analyst. Your role involves providing technical support for the full lifecycle of the electronic discovery reference model (EDRM), including ingestion of data, quality control, document production, and document review projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Learn and use proprietary software applications (DMX Swarm and Epiq Discovery), 3rd party eDiscovery applications (Relativity, NUIX), eDiscovery and data recovery processes
- Stage and process client data in various file formats
- Perform quality control for data extraction, text, native files, and images
- Troubleshoot data issues, research software and techniques to solve problems, and carry out complex data filtering tasks
- Provide feedback to management about potential software improvements and assist with user acceptance testing prior to new software releases
- Deliver expert-level processing and data extraction to clients using technical expertise and thorough understanding of electronic discovery tools and technology
- Communicate and collaborate with other company departments

The role offers a salary range of 6,000zl up to 6,250zl per month or up to 75,000zl annually, and may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. There are two separate vacancies with different shift times available: Tuesday to Saturday, 13:00 to 22:00, and Monday to Friday, 20:00 to 04:00.
