Project Manager (ERP)

We are seeking an ERP Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives in supply chain automation (procurement, logistics, MRP) and R&D process automation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to completion.
• Implement projects using classical (Waterfall) and agile (Agile) methodologies.
• Conduct Agile ceremonies and develop an incremental delivery culture.
• Develop and maintain project documentation.
• Manage project scope, ensure business goal alignment, and adhere to change management processes.
• Plan and control project schedules using Gantt diagrams and burndown charts.
• Manage project budgets, prepare estimates, analyze deviations, and report on costs.
• Define and monitor project quality indicators.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues.
• Manage stakeholder interactions in a complex matrix environment.
• Coordinate internal and external team work, resource management, and collaboration.
• Ensure clear communication with top management and leadership.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of project management experience in large corporations, preferably in business process automation, ERP, or R&D.
• Practical experience with Agile environments and understanding of Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid management approaches.
• Experience with procurement, logistics, MRP, or product development automation projects.
• Knowledge of PMI PMBOK Guide or other recognized project management standards.
• Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile is a plus.
• Proficiency in project planning and management tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Trello, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong planning, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Higher education in business administration, engineering, information systems, or related fields.
