Description
Ninja Van is seeking students for an internship in Operation Excellence. The internship is based on the preferred date of the student and the university. The duration of the placement can be 3 months up to 6 months.
As part of the team, you will assist the manager and team in daily analysis and daily tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Perform Competitors Service Level Agreement tasks
- Create orders for 3rd party logistic providers
- Ensure orders are picked up and coordinate with Fulfillment team and 3PL PIC
- Monitor invoices
- Assist the team in daily analysis, reports, audits, and training
- Perform any tasks assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in any field
- Relevant working experience is an advantage
- Meticulous in ensuring processes are followed and process-oriented
- Spoken and written knowledge in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to connect with people and communicate clearly
- Strong ability to grasp operation processes and systems quickly
- Quick learner
- Hands-on approach
- Required skills: Microsoft office applications, preferably Google Suite
