As a Sales Support Associate at Wolt, you'll be the primary point of contact for merchant partners, providing timely support and resolving issues to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Respond to merchant emails and support tickets with clear, helpful answers.
- Make accurate updates to restaurant menus and retail assortments.
- Troubleshoot merchant, equipment, and operational issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve the partner experience.
- Ensure merchant information and menus are accurate.
Requirements
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in onboarding, account management, or merchant support is a plus.
- Fluent in English; Maltese is a plus.

Compensation
- The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range of €1,574 - €1,967 EUR per month.
