Description
As a Supervisor at Ninja Mart's Operation in Paka, Terengganu, you will work closely with customer service to meet customer demands.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing daily operations to ensure everything runs smoothly,
- Overseeing inventory and monitoring shipments to reduce the risk of loss and damage,
- Coordinating workforce distribution, monitoring driver attendance and performance, providing training and guidance, and implementing disciplinary actions when necessary,
- Performing any other related tasks assigned by the company from time to time.
