Description
GDIT is seeking multiple qualified candidates for Mission Training Complex Capabilities Support II (MTCCS II) program. GDIT delivers individual sustainment through collective Mission Command training, Leadership Training / Development, Warfighter Functions (WFF) training, Delta Training, First Person Simulations (Gaming), and constructive simulations supported training.
As a Joint Live Virtual Constructive Gaming (LVCG) Technician supporting the Joint Multinational Simulation Center – Pacific (JMSC-P), you will tailor cutting-edge solutions to the unique requirements of our customer.
Responsibilities:
- Performing system management and system administration functions supporting a distributed computing environment consisting of military simulations and Gaming systems
- Provides installation maintenance and troubleshooting support of information systems applications and related peripheral hardware
- Manage the functionality and efficiency of a group of computers running on one or more operating systems
- Maintains the integrity and security of servers and systems
- Set up simulation system administrator and service accounts
- Participates in special projects as required
Requirements:
- Education: BA/BS in a related technical discipline, OR the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications, and training
- Required Experience: 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in modeling and simulation, systems integration, or military training systems
- Required Technical Skills:
- Experience building, configuring, administering, integrating or sustaining one or more applicable mission training systems
- Experience managing gateway services, federation interfaces, and simulation connectivity
- Knowledge of Army LVCG simulation technical and functional operations
- Certification: Comp TIA SEC+ required
- Security Clearance Level: Secret clearance required with ability to obtain TS/SCI
