Description
Syneos Health is seeking a Study Manager - Vaccine to oversee interdisciplinary clinical research studies, ensuring compliance with GCP, relevant SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will manage projects, act as a primary liaison between the company and customers, lead project teams, and ensure quality, timelines, and budget management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects as a project manager overseeing interdisciplinary clinical research studies
- Ensure compliance with GCP, relevant SOPs, and regulatory requirements
- Act as a primary liaison between the company and customers
- Lead project teams to ensure quality, timelines, and budget management
- Coordinate activities and deliverables of study conduct partners
- Identify and manage issues proactively
- Ensure studies are conducted in compliance with GCP, relevant SOPs, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain study information on various databases and systems
- Develop contingency planning and risk mitigation strategies
- Develop strong relationships with current clients to generate new business
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, nursing, or equivalent
- Clinical research organization and relevant therapeutic experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Direct therapeutic area expertise
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel approximately 25%

Salary Range: The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position.
