Description
We are seeking a part-time Box Office Representative to join our team at Red Bull New York. You will be responsible for selling tickets and providing customer service using the SI Tickets ticketing system.
Responsibilities:
- Sell tickets and provide customer service via the SI Tickets ticketing system
- Accept and apply payments to relevant orders and distribute proper change
- Assist customers at the Box Office Customer Service and Ticket Sales windows and resolve any problems
- Answer questions regarding events, tickets, and schedules
- Maintain a secure working environment for cash and tickets
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age or older
- Prior cash handling and customer service experience
- Comfortable counting money and making change
- Guest-centric, quality service attitude
- Availability on nights, weekends, and holidays
- Committed to work 85-90% of 2027 Season Home Schedule and any additional matches/events
- Bilingual in Spanish and experience with various ticketing platforms a plus!
Benefits:
- Hourly rate of $20/hour (subject to change)
