As a Senior Retoucher, you will be responsible for delivering first-class creative output, focusing on producing high-quality PR, Campaign, Social, and eCommerce content. Your role will involve setting high standards for all retouching work, including understanding best-in-class retouching techniques, colour grading, and colour theory.
You will lead the team in AI development to support new workflows, build automated processes for maximum productivity, and mentor the retouching team while maintaining creative excellence across all channels. Your expertise in fashion and still life retouching will be showcased through visually compelling imagery creation and ensuring alignment with the overall Argos Creative Studio vision and standards.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-end fashion retouching, experience with AI tools and automation, and a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to deliver visually compelling imagery.
