Ninja Van is seeking a Fleet Assistant to join its operations team in Kepong, Selangor. As a Fleet Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing daily fleet operations, monitoring drivers, and improving delivery performance metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily fleet operations and monitoring drivers
- Improve operational processes to enhance delivery performance metrics
- Analyze fleet utilization and route planning, working closely with management and the in-house algorithms team to optimize routes
- Prioritize and plan local fleet daily operations and flexible capacity growth strategy
- Develop new and improved analytics models and work on existing data gathering and analytics tools
- Collaborate with teams and departments to improve existing software across operational touchpoints
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- No formal experience is required, but prior experience demonstrating logic-driven problem-solving skills is advantageous
- Ability to perform under pressure, solve problems effectively, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to gather data, interpret, and develop process improvements
Benefits:
- Salary: RM2,050 - RM2,300 per month
