Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with less than one year of postgraduate full-time work experience.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin). Japanese language capability would be advantageous.
- Self-motivated with a genuine interest in developing a career in banking and finance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, learning agility, and a can-do attitude.
