The 2027 Undergraduate Finance Intern role at 3M involves collaborating with innovative professionals worldwide. As a Finance Intern, you will work on projects that address business concerns, participate in a Finance Employee network, and receive training and exposure to senior leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Address relevant business concerns through individual and team-oriented projects
- Participate in a highly developed new Finance Employee network
- Take advantage of initial and ongoing training opportunities and exposure to senior leadership
Example Assignment Areas include:
- Business Finance Counsel
- Internal Audit
- Business Accounting
- Treasury
- Plant Analyst
- Finance Automation and Analytics
- Other: Assignments in Tax or Corporate Accounting
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Additional qualifications that could help you succeed: currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, mathematics, economics, business, information systems or a related field, completed a minimum of sophomore year, cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, demonstrate high ethical standards and leadership abilities, demonstrate interpersonal, communication, and team skills
The internship is a full-time position that lasts 10-12 weeks, working 899 hours per service credit year. The work location is on-site at 3M Center in Maplewood, MN.
