Description
We are seeking a Global Compensation and Benefits Manager to manage global compensation and benefit programs, policies, and procedures. The successful candidate will ensure compensation plans fit within the annual operating plan, participate in relevant salary and benefit benchmarking surveys, and develop salary bands for key roles in major locations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage global compensation and benefit programs, policies, and procedures
- Ensure compensation plans fit within the annual operating plan
- Participate in relevant salary and benefit benchmarking surveys
- Develop salary bands for key roles in major locations
- Review, simplify, and manage annual and mid-year salary and bonus processes
- Work with brokers and internal tax to review UK benefits and pension annually
- Present benefit enhancements and cost proposals to the CFO and CEO
- Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to design and implement benefit packages for new office locations
- Develop and maintain effective communication strategies to drive employee awareness and understanding of Argus Reward programs
- Advise and coach HRBPs and business stakeholders on individual employee reward or global mobility issues
- Ensure relationships with suppliers are effectively managed and participate in negotiations
- Comply with all Argus Media policies, audit and governance requirements, and external regulations
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources or a relevant subject
- Proven experience working in an international or global compensation and benefits role
- Hands-on, self-starter with strong project management skills
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Collaborative approach with the ability to motivate colleagues
- Proven experience in developing relationships and interacting with all levels of the business
- Highly numerate with advanced Excel and Workday experience
