As a Senior Winkelmedewerker at Coolblue in Wilrijk, Antwerpen, you will advise customers on the best products, provide tailored solutions, and ensure they leave the store satisfied.
Your responsibilities include:
- Advising customers on suitable products using your specialised knowledge and asking the right questions
- Offering solutions so every customer leaves the store with a smile
- Contributing to improving in-store processes and the customer journey
- Being the point of contact for colleagues on the shop floor regarding problems and complex customer queries
- Setting an example for colleagues by helping them improve their work through coaching and guidance
- Assisting in the onboarding of new colleagues and ensuring they feel welcome
