Join DWS as CFO Operations Manager Regional Finance, leading ambitious opportunities and shaping the future of investing.
As part of the Regional Finance team, you will prepare management reports, review entity financials, and work with multiple teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Producing internal reports and analysis, discussing monthly results with regional CFO, business FDs, and DWS Group reporting team
- Preparing and reviewing financials for regulatory submission
- Liaising with auditors to ensure accuracy of Financial Statements
- Reviewing month-end results, identifying unusual items, and mitigating risks
- Managing the monthly balance sheet substantiation process
- Calculating and reviewing intercompany/transfer pricing transactions
- Supporting the annual planning process and ad-hoc queries
- Assisting AI initiatives and project deliverables
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline, with CPA qualification preferred
- Experience in financial reporting, management reporting, financial analysis, or audit
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Team player with strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Exposure to SAP system and proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools
