Description
We are seeking a Sales Trainee to join our team at Red Bull Distribution Company, Inc. in Brooklyn, NY. As a Sales Trainee, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and learning the ins and outs of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Training: participate in our comprehensive training program to develop your skills and knowledge
- Business Acumen: understand and learn the basics of Red Bull and Red Bull Distribution Company, build and protect the Red Bull brand, establish and maintain relationships with customers
- Daily Preparation: obtain necessary tools and communicate with Account Sales Managers and District Sales Managers on daily priorities
- In Route Support: support Account Sales Managers with in-store execution, meet daily KPIs, and cover routes as needed
- Off Route Support: assist with audits, merchandising, and building displays to drive sales

- Base salary range: $19.38 to $29.08 per hour
Requirements:
- Valid US Driver's License and obtainment of DOT Medical card
- At least 21 years of age
- Experience in customer service and sales is a plus
- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
- English; additional languages an advantage
As a Sales Trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow with our company. Upon successful completion of the training program, you will be eligible to interview for open Account Sales Manager roles.
