Howden is seeking a talented individual to join their Internal Growth Execution Apprenticeship Programme 2027. This 18-month development programme offers a unique opportunity to earn, learn, and launch your career in a global insurance group.
As an apprentice, you will work within the Internal Growth team, collaborating with senior leaders and teams across the Retail business to support existing clients and grow the business. Your responsibilities will include:
- Learning to use data to track activity, monitor progress, and identify areas for improvement
- Supporting campaigns to encourage teams to identify and share opportunities for existing clients
- Creating engaging communications with the marketing team
- Preparing clear presentations and updates for senior stakeholders
- Taking accurate notes and following up on agreed actions in key meetings
- Building your insurance knowledge through formal learning and practical experience with colleagues
