Description
NVIDIA is offering a 12-week full-time internship for students pursuing a B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. As an intern, you will work on projects that have a measurable impact on our business, focusing on digital circuit design and related areas.
Responsibilities:
- Work on digital circuit design and device fundamentals
- Utilize place and route design tools, datapath tiling techniques, and SPICE simulations
- Design and analyze CMOS logic, transistor-level circuits, timing and delay analysis, and standard cell design
- Experience with automation methods, algorithm and power distribution, and power management circuits
- Familiarity with EDA tools, such as Cadence and Synopsys
Requirements:
- Actively enrolled in a university pursuing a B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Anticipated graduation date must be clearly indicated on a resume or CV
- Course or internship experience related to digital circuit design, device fundamentals, and related areas
