Description
As a Manager, Product Manager on the People Data Hub team at Capital One, you will lead the scaling of a newly launched executive experience that transforms complex HR data into organisational insights for senior leaders.
Your mission will be to drive deep customer engagement, scale adoption, and expand the experience offerings while ensuring strict data security for sensitive enterprise information.
You will partner closely with engineering teams to refine the data foundation and design intuitive, consumer-grade experiences that help leaders problem-solve in support of their most critical business and people objectives.

Basic Qualifications:
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field), Business, or Marketing
- OR Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products
The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are:
- McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100
- Richmond, VA: $149,800 - $171,000
- New York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100
This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives.
