As a Director, Creator Growth at ShopYourLikes, you will lead the continued growth of high-performing creators on our platform. ShopYourLikes is Connexity's dynamic creator monetization platform and community, and we are aggressively investing in social commerce.
The role focuses on identifying, engaging, and recruiting performance-driven creators who generate real commerce through affiliate partnerships. You will be a market-facing builder who understands the creator ecosystem and how creators monetize their audiences.
Responsibilities include:
- Building a pipeline of high-value creators
- Developing compelling offers to win their business
- Positioning ShopYourLikes as the platform that helps creators maximize their earnings
- Directly recruiting creators and building relationships across the industry
- Developing the strategy, infrastructure, and team needed to scale a high-performing creator acquisition engine
Requirements:
- 8+ years in the creator economy, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or social commerce
- Proven sales and business development instincts, with experience closing partnerships and driving pipeline
- Experience recruiting and partnering with commerce-driven creators
- Strong understanding of affiliate monetization, conversion dynamics, and creator earnings models
- Deep understanding of the creator landscape, including the conferences, events, and meet ups that matter most

The pay and commission offered may vary depending on several factors such as location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The OTE Pay Range is $130,000 - $195,000 USD.
