Description
We are seeking team members for seasonal roles at Target, offering a starting hourly rate of $16.00 USD per hour, with a pay range of $16.00 USD to $24.00 USD per hour.
As a team member at Target, you will be part of a sales force that provides tailored suggestions and solutions to guests, or work in a role that focuses on guest experience and service.
In this role, you will:
- Provide exceptional guest service and support a guest-first culture across the store
- Gain experience in retail business fundamentals, including department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency and improvement
- Execute daily and weekly workloads to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals
To succeed in this role, you should:
- Be excited about working in a fun and energetic environment
- Enjoy providing excellent service to guests
- Be comfortable stocking, setting, and selling Target products
- Not require a traditional Monday-to-Friday schedule with computer work
