The role involves providing an exceptional guest experience, driving sales, and maintaining a well-set and visually appealing sales floor. As a Style Consultant, you will:
- Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings
- Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and solve guest needs
- Sort and process freight, set visual presentations, and maintain product availability
- Support guest services, including backup cashiering, order pickup, and Drive-up
- Work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- Ability to communicate effectively and operate technology equipment
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective problem-solving skills and ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment
In terms of physical demands, you should be able to:
- Climb up and down ladders
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely
- Lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds occasionally
- Work in varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements
