Description
As a Senior Technical Training Specialist supporting the Defense Health Agency (DHA), you will provide information technology technical and program management expertise to Defense Health Networks and their Medical Treatment Facilities (MTF).
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and modifying training modules, artifacts, videos, and other materials to meet the latest mission requirements
- Training personnel through formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars
- Developing, updating, and maintaining innovative computer-based training materials, courses, and systems
- Conducting research to develop and revise training courses
- Collaborating with other training offices and functions on training initiatives and standards
- Managing a feedback system to capture data and metrics from participants
- Planning training venue logistics and organizing training events
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of related experience
- Experience training personnel through formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Adobe training applications
- Ability to work with stakeholders to assess potential risks and translate business requirements into documents
- Organizational and self-motivated skills to multitask in a fast-paced environment
The likely salary range for this position is $97,968 - $115,000.
