Project Process Engineer

We are seeking a Project Process Engineer to join our team at American Honda Motor Company in Lincoln, Alabama. As a Project Process Engineer, you will utilize engineering methods to engage in continuous improvement activities, while improving SQDCM characteristics.

The role involves:

• Identifying root causes and implementing countermeasures for complex problems
• Analyzing data to identify areas for improvement
• Conducting studies to assess project and plant characteristic impacts
• Collaborating with other engineering groups to develop and implement solutions
• Managing mass production projects
• Developing processes from drawings
• Working with the production team to understand new processes
• Collaborating with counterparts in other North American plants to understand change points
• Analyzing data and identifying trends
• Maintaining and achieving production targets

Requirements include:

• A bachelor's degree in an engineering field or equivalent related experience
• 0-6 years of relevant experience, preferably with internship or co-op experience
• Strong continuous improvement mindset
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Project management capabilities

Salary range: $71,100.00 - $106,600.00
