Description
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Product Manager to lead our Spend Controls Team within the Employee Spend pillar of Business Cards & Payments at Capital One. As a Senior Manager, Product Manager, you will lead a team of product managers and analysts driving our pre-auth spend controls roadmap, our card management and VCN strategy, and the technical migration of our spend-limit decisioning platform onto modern infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of product managers and analysts
- Drive pre-auth spend controls roadmap
- Develop card management and VCN strategy
- Partner with engineering, design, risk, and Enterprise platform partners
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AI-driven development environments
- Experience with automation using AI agents
