As a Support Associate, you'll handle customer and courier support via live chat, work in the office, and develop our support function with the team. You'll need to be self-motivated, creative, and have excellent interpersonal skills to support our customers, restaurants, and Courier Partners.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer and courier support in live chat with the team in shifts
- Work in the office
- Develop our support function together with the team
- Help with other tasks, such as providing support for our restaurant partners
Requirements:
- Fluent in Macedonian and able to work in English
- Self-motivated and creative
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work on weekends
- Experience working in a dynamic environment
