Description
TaskUs is seeking a Learning Experience Leader to design and expand training and development programs aligned with product-specific training methodologies and initiatives. The successful candidate will create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment, deliver technical preparatory training, and continuously improve training programs.
Responsibilities:
- Set standards and expectations through conduct, work ethic, integrity, and character
- Create and deliver end-user, partner, and distributor training
- Deliver technical preparatory training covering basic skill requirements
- Accomplish projects and motivate trainees through effective training
- Continuously improve training programs and other learning opportunities
- Amend and revise programs as necessary for them to adapt to changes in the work environment
- Act as the content expert and maintain relevant training documents and materials
- Develop and create effective induction programs
- Monitor and review trainees' progress
- Ensure statutory training requirements are met
- Research and present new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning
Requirements:
- Up to 25% travel required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED required; Four-year college degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications
- Problem solver and critical thinker
- Strong interpersonal, conflict management, mentoring, organizational, project management, and influencing skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a flexible schedule
Nice to Have:
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in a related field
- Strong leadership skills with proficiency in handling groups
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) with company match; and paid time off. The salary range for this position is $54,000 - $82,000 per year.
