Description
Join our Environmental Management team as a Senior Consultant - Air Quality in our Vancouver, BC office.
You'll work on projects that help clients understand and manage air emissions, navigate regulatory requirements, and make informed environmental decisions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and delivering air quality projects for industrial, commercial, infrastructure, and public-sector clients
- Conducting emissions inventories, dispersion modelling, and meteorological and ambient air quality analyses
- Preparing technical reports, air permit applications, and regulatory submissions
- Developing air quality monitoring and management plans
- Managing projects from proposal through closeout
- Providing technical leadership and mentoring junior team members
Requirements:
- Degree in atmospheric science, environmental science, chemical, mechanical or environmental engineering, or a related discipline
- 5+ years of air quality consulting experience
- Strong experience applying AERMOD and/or CALPUFF
- Proven ability to interpret and apply air quality regulations and assessment guidelines
- Excellent technical writing, communication, analytical, and data management skills
