Description
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) compliance and improvement officer will work in partnership with the CQC compliance & improvement manager to support the group function and trust wide business units in the ongoing management of our CQC compliance and improvement workstreams.
We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and proactive individual to provide a pivotal role to support the trust's wider improvement plans and consistently deliver against our world-class care values.
Main duties of the job
- Deliver data management and administrative services in line with the trust and national guidance, data protection and information governance legislation.
- Be flexible in responding to the demands of the trust and national guidance.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of CQC performance reports.
- Recognise issues, gaps and weaknesses in the service and escalate, problem solve and resolve with appropriate support.
- Provide operational support to the CQC compliance & improvement Group function, on a wide range of issues.

Requirements
- Advanced MS Excel and data management expertise with strong analytical and organisational skills
- Strong communication skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders
- Experience working within clinical governance, quality assurance, or regulatory compliance
