Business Functional Analyst

We are seeking a Business Functional Analyst to join our team in TDI – RF – Reporting Domain, focusing on Strategic Data Onboarding and supporting Strategic Data Initiatives across the new Capital program.

As a Business and Data Analyst, you will be responsible for end-to-end data analysis, including aligning newly sourced data, checking during process steps, issue remediation, and analysing reported data.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct business and functional analysis for the Capital program and related Finance and regulatory transformation initiatives.
• Assess end-to-end current-state processes, data flows, controls, systems, and governance.
• Perform data analytics, including high-volume and content-driven analysis.
• Manage the investigation and resolution of month-end issues on regulatory metrics.
• Translate business requirements into data/system requirements and work with various teams to implement solutions.

Requirements:

• Analytical skills with an appreciation for high-volume data analysis.
• IT skills in SQL, Python, and Power BI.
• Exposure to risk-weighted assets calculation and strong understanding of capital, financial, or regulatory reporting processes.
• Experience in auditing or investment banking is beneficial.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple work streams.
• Great communication skills and excellent teamwork.
