The Logistics Specialist will be responsible for coordinating import and export processes and logistics for study supplies deliveries to/from country, in accordance with ICH GCP, ICON SOPs, and applicable local regulations and guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Receives orders and performs booking of products in Warehouse Management System;
- Physically handles incoming/outgoing shipments and returns;
- Tracks shipments until delivery;
- Communicates information in a timely manner to relevant teams/clients;
- Maintains logistics and study-related records;
- Provides reports to management;
- Participates in inventory counts;
Main requirements for candidates:
- Higher education;
- English – upper intermediate;
- Good command of MS Excel;
- Experience in logistics or customer service – desirable;
- 1C Warehouse Management System knowledge - would be a plus
