Description
As a Full-time Team Leader Returns, you will be actively involved on the floor, with the employee at the center. You will be the first point of contact for your team of approximately 20 logistics employees. You will regularly have conversations with your employees to help them further and improve them. Together with your colleague team leaders, you will conduct contract, absence, performance, and assessment interviews. You will also seek collaboration with various stakeholders such as colleague team leaders, operational managers, and HR.
Responsibilities:
- You are active on the floor, managing, coaching, and developing a team of 20 employees.
- Together with your colleague team leaders, you ensure that the departments continue to develop.
- You take responsibility for various HR tasks, including conducting absence, assessment, and performance interviews.
- You collaborate with various stakeholders such as colleague team leaders, operational managers, and HR.
- You ensure that your employees get the best out of themselves and continue to develop with your help.

Qualifications:
- At least 18 years old
- At least MBO work and thinking level
- Good command of the Dutch language
- At least 1 to 3 years of leadership experience or in your 2nd/3rd year of studying Human Resource Management (HRM)
- Developed vision on team culture and know how to involve and connect team members
- Experience with HR tasks related to leadership
