Customer Consultant

We are seeking a Customer Consultant to join our team at Postbank Filialvertrieb AG in Bielefeld. As a Customer Consultant, you will provide tailored advice to our customers on a wide range of financial products and services.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide customer-centric advice on financial products and services
• Build sustainable customer relationships through personal conversations and telephone contact
• Take responsibility for customer care in your branch
• Work closely and trustfully with your branch team
• Organise your workday independently and be a competent contact person for customers on financial matters

Your Profile:

• Sales talent with a passion for working with people from diverse backgrounds
• Successful commercial training - ideally as a bank clerk - or several years of professional experience, preferably in customer consulting or sales
• Lateral entrants with a passion for working with people are welcome
• High service competence and resilience in everyday work, as well as openness to rapidly changing framework conditions
• High interest in financial topics and economic interrelationships
