Small Format Team Leader

The starting pay range for this position per hour is $25.00 - $27.00, with a full pay range of $25.00 - $42.50 per hour.

As a Small Format Team Leader at Target, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, customizing each experience, and anticipating guest needs. You will be an expert in operations, accuracy, process, and efficiency, and will lead a team of hourly team members.

Key responsibilities include:

• Consistently delivering guest experience commitments
• Ensuring every team member understands and delivers on Target's guest experience commitments
• Actively observing and providing feedback to team members
• Reviewing area guest, financial, and team outcome metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
• Planning department workload to support business priorities and deliver sales goals
• Demonstrating a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience
• Enabling a consistent experience for guests by ensuring product is in stock, available, and accurately priced
• Leading and demonstrating a safety culture
• Supporting merchandise protection strategies
• Regularly assuming store-level leadership on duty responsibilities
