As a Product Leader on the Developer Experience Product team, you will design and deliver best-in-class managed solutions that improve the quality of life of software delivery teams while maintaining the highest quality and security standards.
The Developer Experience team is modernizing risk management with technology, moving from reactive to proactive, and from manual to automated. You will be at the heart of this change, helping to drive the transformation of critical products that support the core business.
This role advocates for customer needs to inform the platform roadmap, ensuring capabilities align with business outcomes. You will shape multi-year strategies and partner with tech teams to deliver platform features.
The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, understands how developers work, and empathizes with internal and external customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver managed solutions for software delivery teams
- Identify pain points for software development teams throughout the software delivery life cycle
- Work with stakeholders at every level to drive innovation and sustainability
- Shape multi-year strategies and partner with tech teams to deliver platform features
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 7 years of Product Management experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products
- Experience leading DevOps Product Management teams and strategies
- Experience leading product for large-scale enterprise platforms
- Experience leading risk management for enterprise platforms
Salary Information The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are: Chicago, IL: $245,100 - $279,800 McLean, VA: $269,600 - $307,700 New York, NY: $294,100 - $335,700 Plano, TX: $245,100 - $279,800 Richmond, VA: $245,100 - $279,800 San Francisco, CA: $294,100 - $335,700
