We are seeking an Operations Manager to join our team at the Food DC in West Jefferson, OH. The pay range for this role is $73,000.00 - $132,000.00 per year.
As an Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution center. You will foster a "safety first" culture, lead a team, and drive productivity and growth. You will also have the autonomy to innovate and implement new approaches to process and methods.

Requirements:
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated leadership ability
