Description
We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead our Returns Center team in Upper Marlboro, MD. The pay range for this role is $73,000.00 - $132,000.00 per year.
As an Operations Manager, you will foster a 'safety first' culture, lead a team, and drive productivity and growth. You will work with a sense of urgency to execute operational plans, achieve performance and budget goals, and keep teams informed and coordinated.

Requirements:
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Good reasoning, conflict-management, and analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to access all areas of the Distribution Center
- Ability to read and interpret policies and procedures
