We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead our Regional Distribution Center in Tifton, GA. The pay range for this role is $73,000.00 - $132,000.00 per year.
As an Operations Manager, you will foster a "safety first" culture through awareness, training, and accountability. You will quickly establish yourself as an engaging and inclusive leader with ownership for the team's ability to maximize its productivity, growth, and development. You will create a positive work environment through real-time observation and specific, constructive, and actionable feedback.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team to achieve operational plans and performance goals
- Foster a "safety first" culture through awareness, training, and accountability
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity
- Analyze and resolve problems to ensure smooth operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals
Requirements:
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated leadership ability, with the ability to engage and motivate others
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Good reasoning, conflict-management, and analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to access all areas of the Distribution Center, including mezzanine platforms
- Ability to read and interpret necessary policies and procedures
