Description
We are seeking an Associate Principal to join our Analytics & Consulting Team, specifically within our Real World Data Analytics (RWDA) experts team. As an Associate Principal, you will be responsible for providing holistic advice to our clients, from continuous support and development of selected clients to designing and successfully implementing projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing care and development of existing pharmaceutical and healthcare customers, as well as contributing to new customer acquisition
- Advising clients on questions related to patient care and identifying customer needs, working closely with the account team to develop suitable solutions
- Developing customer-specific solutions and contributing to the further development of existing project approaches and methods using longitudinal, anonymized disease and treatment courses, as well as other IQVIA data
- Taking an active role in project implementation, accompanying the project team until successful completion, and assuming a leadership role depending on the project
- Managing account planning for your customer base, including budget responsibility, opportunity management, and internal planning reporting and forecasting
- Interdisciplinary coordination and communication with various interfaces within the company
Requirements:
- Completed studies in economics or natural sciences, public health, health economics, (bio)informatics, epidemiology, mathematics, statistics or a comparable course of study
- At least 6 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare environment and/or in consulting or implementation of customer-oriented projects
- Experience in designing and implementing customer projects and offers, as well as in customer support and development
- High customer and solution orientation combined with sound experience in handling Real World Data and pronounced analytical skills
- Practical experience in the use of AI and modern analytics methods
- Very good presentation and communication skills in German and English, both in writing and speaking
