Description
Flow Traders is looking for an experienced Digital Assets Trader to join its global Digital Assets Trading team in New York.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in low-latency (CeFi) trading and/or on-chain (DeFi) trading, with significant and consistent PnL generation through strategies deployed in production.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and optimize profitable trading strategies across CeFi and/or DeFi markets
- Contribute to 24/7 trading, monitoring, and risk management of digital asset strategies
- Identify and capitalize on market inefficiencies across exchanges, instruments, and protocols
- Collaborate with global teams to enhance execution, tooling, and trading infrastructure
- Contribute research and insights to improve overall team performance and strategy portfolio
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of professional trading experience at a leading proprietary trading firm, market maker, or crypto-native trading desk
- Proven PnL generation from strategies personally built, deployed, and managed in live production
- Experience in low-latency CeFi trading and/or on-chain (DeFi) trading
- Strong understanding of execution, liquidity, and market dynamics
- Practical experience with exchange APIs and latency-sensitive systems
- Ability to generate and validate trading ideas using data and real-time feedback
- Comfortable working flexible hours
- Strong quantitative skills with solid programming and data handling capabilities (e.g., Python, SQL)
Benefits:
- Salary range: $175,000 to $225,000 plus annual discretionary variable remuneration
